Announcing Doug's debut sculpture:

"Yearning..."

This piece is viewed as a work in progress. For those new to sculpture, here is some basic information. This sculpture will be cast in bronze.
To start this process off, Doug is sculpting the figure in clay first. Once complete, it will then be copied into a mold which has molten bronze
poured into it to create the final sculpture. To establish a sculpture, orders are taken while it is being worked in clay form. This is called the
pre-order or pre-cast cost. Once the sculpture is cast in bronze, the statue will be an edition of 10 with the starting price being $1,500. With each
edition sold, the price goes up which increases the overall value of each piece. The pre-cast price is being offered at $1,000.
This offers the first collectors to order a savings of $500 by ordering the statue while in clay form instead of waiting until it has been cast.
